These Terms & Conditions apply to all moving and transport services provided by Fast Track Logistics.
Fast Track Logistics provides professional moving and transport services, including single-item moves, house moves, office relocations, and furniture transport across Wellington and New Zealand.
All quotes provided include labour, fuel, and mileage unless stated otherwise. There are no hidden fees. Prices are based on the information supplied by the customer. Any significant changes to job details may result in a revised quote.
Once a booking is confirmed, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Fast Track Logistics is covered by Carrier’s Liability Insurance through Vero Insurance NZ.
Insurance coverage applies only during transit and does not cover pre-existing damage, items packed by the customer, or items not declared prior to the move.
Customers must ensure all access details, item lists, and special requirements are disclosed prior to the move. Fragile or high-value items should be clearly identified.
Fast Track Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, weather conditions, parking limitations, or circumstances beyond our control.
